Creative Saturday: a chocolate cheesecake
I should have been studying but according to your own experiences, I am sure you know that while you are busy or when you have to study or do something more important, you immidiately make a new friend called prokrastination. Well, that day me and my sister decided to 'cook' a chocolate cheesecake for the first time and i'm showing you the recipe of the delicious cake: (that doesn't have to be cooked)
WHAT YOU NEED:
*one packet of biscuits
*100g of butter
*500g of low-fat cottage cheese
*400ml of cream
*3 packages of chocolate
*sugar (optional)
HOW TO 'COOK' IT:
1. crush the biscuits and spill it with melted butter.
2. let the steam to melt the chocolate and while waiting, mix 2 packages (500g) of cottage cheese with 250ml of cream (you only have to pour the cream in).
3. when the chocolate is melted, mix it with what you have prepared.
4. when you think it's mixed in a good way (everything depens on your taste - we didn't add any sugar but it's up to you), pour the filling out to the biscuits you've prepared.
5. for a perfect topping, you have to mix 140ml of cream with 100g of chocolate,
it has to get dissolved over steam:
6. you can see the chocolate below the thing we were putting on - it's kind of a chocolate here and we only wanted to make it sweeter.
7. three hours later - delicious and ready to be eaten:
If you are not sure about something or do not understand anything, feel free to ask me via e-mail :)
